I’m Jessica—Certified Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach.
I help women 40 and up feel strong in their bodies, calm in their minds, and confident in how they care for themselves—without restrictive diets, endless cardio, or feeling like they have to “push through” midlife.

I’m also the creator of Nourish&Thrive Club, a supportive monthly membership designed to give women in perimenopause and beyond the tools, strategies, and real-life support they need to navigate this phase feeling empowered—not confused or dismissed.

After years in the fitness and nutrition world and my own journey through perimenopause, I realized that most advice out there wasn’t made with midlife women in mind. Hormonal shifts, sleep struggles, body composition changes, mood swings—these aren’t just side notes. They’re central to what many of us are going through.

So I started building a different kind of approach—one rooted in science, compassion, and practicality. Whether you’re here to lift weights with confidence, get a handle on your cravings, or just feel like yourself again, you’re in the right place.
