Wholehearted Commitment

Hi, I’m Jessica—Certified Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach.

I help women 40+ feel strong, steady, and fully supported through perimenopause and beyond—without diets, shame, or the pressure to power through.

Like so many of the women I now work with, I didn’t see perimenopause coming. I was doing “everything right”—working out, eating well, staying on top of my health—and still, I found myself exhausted, anxious, and feeling totally disconnected from my body.

The deeper I dug into what was happening, the more I realized how little support there is for women in this life stage—especially support that looks at the whole woman, not just the hormones or symptoms in isolation.

That experience changed everything for me. It became my mission to help other women navigate perimenopause with more knowledge, more self-trust, and a whole lot more grace.

I created the Nourish & Thrive membership to be the kind of space I wish I had back then—where women can learn, grow, and feel seen in every part of their wellness journey. We focus on practical nutrition, strength training, mindset, and nervous system support—all through a holistic lens that honors what your body truly needs in midlife.

If you’ve been feeling like no one warned you about this part of life, or like you're doing everything and still feel off, you’re not alone—and you’re not doing it wrong.

This chapter isn’t about fighting your body. It’s about learning to work with it—and I’m here to help you do just that.
